蘸柠檬汁 奶香脆皮山药

  主料:山药

  辅料:白芝麻

  调料:糖、牛奶、柠檬汁、生粉、酸奶、色拉酱

  操作:

  1、先将山药去皮切成菱形状,放入牛奶中蒸酥待用;

  2、待山药冷却后,裹上生粉,蘸上白芝麻,入油锅炸脆,装盆待用;

  3、最后用酸奶、色拉酱、柠檬汁兑成酸甜味的蘸料即可。
